Present a body-cell reference with the published Accent or Secondary link treatment.

## Anatomy and states

`Link=Accent|Secondary`, label, optional description, icons and slots, and fixed-column separators. The label is text inside the cell; it is not a nested standalone Link instance.

## Behavior and accessibility

The screen supplies the destination and interaction semantics; a visual underline does not establish navigation or a working link.

## Runtime boundary

For Angular table cells, resolve `component.table-cell`; the published Figma variant is not a separate public Angular component.
No dedicated local code, focused test, export or Storybook story is claimed by this entry.
