Status: active Figma assembly contract.

## Scope

Use this contract only for a quantity, measurement, or currency value whose unit
is visible in the value or unambiguously established by the column header.
A value being digits-only does not make it a Number cell.

## Required Assembly

- Dependency classification: `component.icon` is optional because a plain
  quantitative value is a complete Number cell; use it only when the verified
  optional icon anatomy is visible.
- Rule ID: `table.cell.number-semantic` — use right-aligned Number only for a
  unit-bearing quantity, measurement, or currency value.
- Keep IDs, reference/document numbers, dates, vehicle numbers, and other
  unitless numeric values left-aligned in Text, Link, or Slot content.
- Keep the value as text content; formatting, unit, precision, and empty-value
  policy are supplied by the parent data composition.
- Use fixed-column state only when the table pins the column.

## Tokens And Sizing

- Preserve the verified `48px` height, `16px 12px` padding, primary text,
  description typography, spacing-200 content gap, and sticky separator.

## Verification Checklist

- `table.cell.number-semantic`: only semantically quantitative values align
  right; identifiers and dates remain left-aligned through nested content.
- Formatting and data policy remain outside the reusable cell.
